this last week has been crazy. but it was so nice to be busy, yah know! between two jobs, and trying to be doing the right thing in the rest of my life, there is quite a balance to everything. brother deyoung (jill's dad) always taught me that. and the older i get, the more and more i get it!
but i did get a day off this week from both wells fargo and my internship. it was so nice! so i knew i had to take advantage of my day!
as many know...i've been itching to cut my hair, and so what did i do.. i took the plunge and i did it! i went and i completely trusted the stylist. and she did a great job! it is a definite change, but it is good. hopefully ya'll think so as well. haha! i just took some on my computer, so ya'll can see for your self. each day is a new day with a new haircut, if you know what i mean. haha
then, i went to the pool. oh it is so nice! thanks to my aunt and uncle, i'm livin' it pretty well. i mean take a look, a pool with a water fountain, nice nice layout chairs, and look at that cabana! haha. i got some color. but i'm going back to the pool tomorrow to even out. and get a little darker before the winter comes around.
and to finish off my day, i went and did concessions at the broncos game, to help out with the grandview poms team! it was a great experience. i learned a couple of things.....1.) i love people watching, 2.) i really REALLY want to go to a broncos game at invesco field, 3.) i can't pour beer worth anything!! 4.) i love talking to people/customer service 5.) working at wells fargo really pays off when you work with money anywhere else, and 6.) people that can drink get younger and younger... i'm sure there are other tings.. it was great!
taking a day off was nice. and tomorrow i get another one! i am so excited just to relax. at this point in my life i have a lot of things to work out, figure out, or in the words of mark deyoung, i need to find the balance in all of it!
I LOVE IT!!! Your hair is soooo cute! Is it an A-line too? So cute, now you make me want to chop mine, but I think I decided this weekend I'm going to grow it out. Enjoy your day off!
