gym illusions

i don't know why, but when i am at the gym something entertaining always happens to me.

so as i was working out this morning -- i was watching the today show, or something.. actually it was the doctors.

the thoughtful gym, puts up the closed caption for us to read what is being said. and so, as i was reading, i read "cheese and applesauce". here i am thinking, i am HUNGRY, but i am working out so i gotta think healthy food --- cheese and applesauce, that has potential. so i read intently --

just to come and find out, i was just being so delusional --- it really said "cheers and applause".

needless to say --- for breakfast, i went home and did have applesauce.
