one down on the bucket list

if some of you have read the column on the side -- it is a list of things i want to do in my life. and to be honest, a lot of them may be selfish, silly, and not really personally beneficial.

however, they are dreams, things that would be really fun to do before --- before i die.

one of them... sit court-side at an NBA game --- came to fruition this week!

it was truly one of those experiences that i NEVER thought would happen to me NEVER. and so when my friend jessi, called to tell me that she had an extra ticket...lets just say i had a perma-grin for the next 48hours.

i really dropped everything. i found out that afternoon before the game, so i didn't even have time to get my camera. BUT, as the last post noted, thank goodness for camera phones.

we seriously were ON THE COURT. i could hear steve nash's shoes squeak, and vince carter talk to his teammates. jessi and i stared a k-love and michael beasely. it was amazing!!!!

some may say pathetic, or that i need new dreams, but this truly was a dream come true. sometimes you never think certain things will happen to you .. this was one of them. i honestly never thought this would happen, and i don't know if it will ever happen again. but i was SO fun!! i'll never forget it!
